Luis Alcaraz Garcia (1977)
Es un fotógrafo autodidacta que comenzó a transformar su pasión por la fotografía en su profesión durante los años 2000/2002.
Su experiencia y conocimientos en fotografía analógica fueron cruciales y clave para la transición a la fotografía digital y comprender así como exprimir el potencial de muy diversas herramientas fotográficas en el momento de producir imágenes sin confiar únicamente en el software.
Aprovechó su formación en realización audiovisual para especializarse en iluminación y en técnicas de producción, para aplicarlas a sus proyectos.
Esta circunstancia, unida a mas de 22 años de experiencia en el mundo del snowboard, en la que ya contaba con sponsors y colaboraciones comerciales se tradujo en una idiosincrasia laboral que dio como resultado la gran variedad de tematicas que se aprecia en sus galerías, sin limitarse a una especialización en un único campo de la fotografía profesional, dando siempre un notable carácter comercial a la mayoria de su obra fotográfica.

Luis is a self-taught photographer who made his passion for photography his profession in 2000/2002.
His experience and knowledge on analogue photography were essential and key to move forward into digital photography, in order that he could really exploit the technical capability of various different tools when producing an image without simply relying on the software
alone.
He studied audiovisual media to specialize on both lighting techniques and production in order to apply these into his photography projects.
This, together with more than 22 years of experience in the snowboard industry where he already had sponsors and commercial projects for brands in this sector, led him to a work idiosyncrasy which set him away from specialisation in only one field of professional photography, but resulted into the wide variety of topics shown in his galleries, always providing his artwork with a remarkable commercial character.
